Words from The One: Day 2

September 18, 2018

When am I going to be enough, child? When am I going to be enough for you? When am I going to be the one you wake up to every morning and fall asleep in my arms every night? When is my love going to be enough for you?

You ask me when, you ask me when you will receive your promise and why it is taking so long and why all this suffering and I am right here asking you the same... how much longer, child... Till I am enough for you?

I long to hold you. I long to be the love of your life, to sweep you up in a divine romance this world could never offer. And all you have to do is say “yes” to me, before any and every man.

I am the one you want. I am the love your soul races and rages for. I am The One. Return to me, for I long to embrace you right where you are at.

Come broken, tired, weary, anxious, confused... Come heart-shattered, skeptical, angry, chaotic... come as you are and let me calm all those fears and take away all the roaming pain inside. For I am the only One who can fix what causes those showers of tears.

I am here, now... and I am more than enough for you. Let me heal you now, let me love you, right where you are at. I never leave you broken, I always restore. Let me hold your heart the way it was intended to be held.

-Abba

“I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart.” Jeremiah 24:7

“....Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love; and He relents over disaster.” Joel 2:13
